Young film enthusiasts of Prince George are invited to “Make a Film in a Weekend” free workshop this August

Award-winning filmmakers Jeff Chiba Stearns and Patrick Shannon will be hosting, “Make a Film in a Weekend”,  teaching youth of Prince George how to create their own film in a weekend. From August 18-20th, youths ages 16-24 are invited to participate in a crash course in filmmaking that will cover conception, planning, shooting and editing their own film.

At the end of the weekend, there will be a screening of the finished films on Sunday evening where family and friends are invited to watch their creations.

The dates are as follows: Friday, August 18, 6-9pm, Saturday, August 19, 11am-5pm and Sunday, August 20, 11am-5pm and 7-8:30pm.
